We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your MyCircleSync account and all associated data.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
If you own a group that has other members, ownership is automatically transferred to the next member so the group continues without interruption. Content within those groups (lists, trips, goals) is preserved for remaining members.
If you are the sole member of a group you own, the group and all its content will be permanently deleted along with your account.
If you are a member (not owner) of a group, you will be removed from the group. The group and its content remain intact for other members.
Your data is removed from active systems immediately upon confirming account deletion.
Our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) may retain encrypted backup copies in accordance with their own data retention policies. We do not control these backups. For more information see Google's Privacy Policy.
Email us at support@getcirclesync.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
Email template: Send from your registered email address with subject: "Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email associated with your account.
