By using CircleSync you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the CircleSync app and all associated services.
By downloading, installing, or using CircleSync you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the app.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@getcirclesync.com.
CircleSync is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help individuals, families, and small groups organize their lives, share lists, and coordinate travel plans.
You may not use CircleSync to:
Premium subscribers receive a unique personal forwarding email address. When you forward a booking confirmation email to this address, CircleSync uses an AI service (OpenAI) to extract structured travel data — such as travel dates, destinations, and confirmation numbers — and suggests a match to one of your trips. This feature is available to active Premium subscribers only.
AI extraction is automated and may not be 100% accurate. Booking details extracted from emails should be treated as suggestions only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking information against your original confirmation. CircleSync is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data or for decisions made based on that data.
Your forwarding address is personal to your account. You may only forward booking confirmation emails for travel you have personally booked. You may not share your forwarding address with others, use it to process bookings on behalf of third parties, or forward non-booking emails intentionally.
Your forwarding address is active only while your Premium subscription is current. If your subscription lapses, the address stops processing new emails. Previously parsed booking records remain accessible in your account. Reactivating your subscription restores full functionality.
Email content forwarded for parsing is transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. By using this feature you consent to this transmission. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how email data is handled.
CircleSync's AI email parsing service relies on third-party infrastructure with real operational costs. This Fair Use Policy ensures the service remains available, fast, and affordable for all users. Limits are enforced automatically in the app.
The following hard limits apply to AI email parsing per account:
Each booking confirmation email successfully processed by AI counts as one use. Emails rejected by our filters (promotional emails, duplicate forwards, emails from unrecognised senders) do not count toward your limit.
The following activities violate this Fair Use Policy and may result in account suspension:
Accounts that repeatedly hit daily limits over consecutive days are automatically flagged for review. Accounts found to be abusing the service may have email parsing suspended or their account terminated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except in cases of clear or deliberate abuse.
CircleSync offers a free plan that includes up to 2 groups, 5 members per group, and 3 lists per group. The AI email forwarding feature is not available on the free plan.
Premium plans are available monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year). Premium removes all group, member, and list limits and unlocks the AI email forwarding feature, automatic trip matching, and all future premium features.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features continues until the period ends.
Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds directly. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund assistance.
CircleSync Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of all content you create in CircleSync including lists, items, trip plans, and group information. By using CircleSync you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you and your group members.
You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
When you delete your account, your personal content is permanently deleted. Content you created in shared groups is anonymised and remains for the continuity of remaining members. Group ownership is transferred as described in Section 9.
Your use of CircleSync is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your data including data processed through the AI email forwarding feature. Please review it carefully.
CircleSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
The AI email parsing feature is provided as a convenience tool. We make no warranty that extracted booking information is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify important travel details against your original booking confirmations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleSync's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, lost profits, or travel costs arising from reliance on AI-extracted information.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings. Upon deletion:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Fair Use Policy. We will provide notice where reasonably possible except in cases of serious, deliberate, or repeated violations. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of CircleSync after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CircleSync shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
